Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Zack Soufl, D.C.
Sports and Family Chiropractor
I am a South Bay native, growing up for most of my life in this area as a highly active athlete. I was often playing multiple sports, going the beach until sunset, and really pushing sunlight to it’s limits. I attended The University of Tampa, where I continued my soccer career. I played four years of collegiate soccer, and moved into the captain role by my junior year. While playing soccer I pursued an academic passion in the human performance lab where I studied movement technique and performance optimization in athletes. Since the very beginning I have always had a passion for the natural forms of prevention and healing, as I did not enjoy Dr’s offices or my experience there. This background has highly influenced my passion for helping others and being a resource in the holistic healing community. Following my time at UT, I went on to further my learning at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. While studying at Life West I dedicated myself to becoming the best chiropractor and human I could be. This involved me spending 20+ hours/week of additional training, learning, and eventually teaching true holistic chiropractic care. My goal is to not only spread knowledge, awareness, and health but also to create a positive and transformational experience in a healing space for this South Bay community.
Dr. Katara Sharp, D.C.
Sports and Family Chiropractor
I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington as a highly active athlete and outdoor lover. I often found myself exploring the local mountains, and training countless hours in the gym with a basketball. I graduated from Whitworth University, also located in Spokane, where I studied health and human performance. There, I continued my basketball career and played for four years on the university's women's basketball team. In addition to my athletic achievements, I was focused on my academics and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. Following my time at Whitworth University, I went on to pursue my passion for healthcare by attending chiropractic school. I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West which specializes in a whole-body health care approach. While studying, I committed to 20+ hours weekly of additional training and have since been practicing and sharing holistic healing within the community. My personal experiences have given me a unique perspective on chiropractic care, I'm committed to sharing my passion and knowledge with my members. I believe that everyone has the potential for optimal health and I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals.
Chiropractic was founded on tone. We use a combination of analytical (educated) understanding of the body and tone based (innate) connection to listen to your system as a whole. This allows us to better understand what is going on and how to best help you.
